Pursuant to applicable provisions of the Act on Batteries of 24 April 2009, in force in Poland, REBA O.O. S.A. renders services only for entrepreneurs from the territory of Poland, or those having their branches or registered offices in Poland, which place batteries and portable accumulators on the Polish market.

The aforementioned services may not be provided by us unless and until a given entrepreneur has been registered in the Register of Entities which Place Batteries on the Market (Battery Register) maintained by the Chief Inspector for Environmental Protection (GIOŚ), www.gios.gov.pl, and received the registration number. Information on the registration fee can be found on the GIOŚ website at the above indicated address.

REBA follows the rule of providing information on the prices of its services exclusively in the case of entities registered in the GIOŚ Battery Register.
